Wow! So, what is your favorite detail?  I’m in love with that double-sided fireplace. That’s pretty much the fireplace of my dreams.

Coming from this area one is really buying the land no matter how they talk up the house. It is a very small house, lots of glass for beautiful views but cold in the weather and I saw no mention of AC in the actual listing. Also up in hills can be a real fire threat nowadays. I know it has great mid century design but living there???

That couch in the living room, surrounded by windows, that looks like a great spot to sit. And really neat architecture all around. 1300 square feet is all of the living space I’d ever really need, as long as it’s well used.

Now, close to 2 million dollars for a 1300 square foot house, that’s another story. I sure hope it goes to someone who can appreciate it.
