Oh my gosh. The cuteness. And the tile! Even the dizzying kitchen has tile all the way up the walls and even on the ceiling! And I am just loving those bathrooms. The details are amazing.

I’m torn on which is my favorite part. I love the peachy pink bathroom with that fabulous arched tile work. That knotty pine basement bar would be my favorite hangout. And the kitchen, even though it takes a moment for the eyes to adjust, it’s great, I’m a huge fan of layering patterns like they did with the floor and wallpaper. Check out the floor tile coming up the side of the cabinet, too cute! It also just goes to show the drastic differences in housing market prices across the country and what you get for your money. This house would easily go for 2-3 times that in my area (Upstate NY).
